JiangMen POSI Refrigeration Appliance Co., Ltd. ('Baoshi'), founded in 2003, is a professional smart appliance creator integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and service. Our product portfolio covers mobile air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and other home appliances.

As a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, and a Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated 'Little Giant' Enterprise, Baoshi has been listed among the Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province for many consecutive years, thanks to its strong capabilities and outstanding quality. We have also been repeatedly honored as one of the 'Top 10 Air Conditioner Export Enterprises in China.' With technology and R&D as our core, we continuously innovate, holding dozens of utility model patents. Our products have obtained international certifications such as CE (EU) and UL (USA), and are exported to over 100 countries and regions, continuously bringing a more comfortable living experience to hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Baoshi is currently preparing for an IPO, offering broad development prospects.

In September 2025, Baoshi's new industrial park was officially opened. Covering 62 acres (approx. 25 hectares) with a construction area of 160,000 m², the new park includes a smart manufacturing factory, a smart office building, and comfortable living quarters. It integrates intelligent assembly lines, logistics warehouses, and an information management system, fully achieving 'informationized management, automated production, and intelligent products.'

Leveraging the new park, Baoshi will advance the construction of a 'Zero-Carbon Factory,' deepen R&D and product optimization focused on 'innovation, green, and sustainability,' strengthen international cooperation, and connect global resources, all dedicated to creating a better life for global users.

II. Milestones: From Made-in-China Intelligence to Global Influence

• 2003: Baoshi was founded, initiating a global expansion strategy. The company entered global markets with high standards and quality, establishing a sales network that has earned a strong reputation worldwide, covering over 100 countries and regions across Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and Australia.
  
• 2014: Received the Guangdong Province 'Contract-Honoring and Credit-Worthy' title and passed ISO9001 certification.
  
• 2015: Proposed a cost-reduction philosophy, introduced lean production projects.
  
• 2016: First introduced the nationally advocated环保冷媒 R290 refrigerant. Received the 'Class A Taxpayer' title (received consecutively for many years thereafter).
  
• 2017: Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise; established the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for High-Efficiency Cooling Equipment, integrating production, R&D, and sales.
  
• 2018: Received Municipal and Provincial Engineering Technology Center titles.
  
• 2019: Listed among the Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province (continuously from 2019 to 2024). Became a sample enterprise of the Guangdong Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Operation Monitoring System (2019-2020). Baoshi's leadership re-evaluated the company's future development and initiated IPO preparation.
  
• 2020: Took the lead in green manufacturing, planning a 'Zero-Carbon Factory' through the use of renewable energy, promotion of eco-friendly materials and refrigerants, and deployment of a digital energy management system.
  
• 2021: Received the Provincial 'Specialized and Sophisticated 'Little Giant' Enterprise' title.
  
• 2023: Re-certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Received '2022 Top 10 Air Conditioner Export Enterprise' and 'Top 100 Electronics & Home Appliance Export Enterprise' awards. At the 2nd Carbon Neutrality International Cooperation Forum, Baoshi was invited as a corporate representative to share its sustainable development strategy and implementation cases, receiving widespread acclaim.
  
• 2024: Re-certified as a Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise. Again received '2023 Top 10 Air Conditioner Export Enterprise' and 'Top 100 Electronics & Home Appliance Export Enterprise' awards. This year, Baoshi joined national leaders at the 6th Meeting of the China-France Business Council and the China-UAE Business Forum, focusing on green economy, low-carbon transition, new technologies, and sustainable development to deepen global cooperation.
  
• 2025: Selected as Jianghai District's 'Most Beautiful Factory.' Moved into the new factory in September, with a comprehensive upgrade of intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
